Knowing the full name of your respondents is particularly useful if you are looking to represent the demographic information of your survey completes, as accurately as possible. For landlines where there are multiple people living at the place of residence, this would provide you with the opportunity to ask if you are speaking to the right person. (“E.g. Can I confirm that I am speaking with John?”).
Another powerful use case of this data is for clients that are seeking appended data. Where there is a match in our database, we can append the full names onto your phone or geographic data. This could be particularly useful for electoral roll matching purposes or projects where unique address and phone numbers are required.
We can also provide the full name for use iIn conjunction with mail out information or as part of an SMS blast, which we have found to instrumentally increase the likelihood of someone picking up the phone.
