G-NAF (Geocoded National Address File)
The Geocoded National Address File (G-NAF) is Australia’s trusted source for geocoded address data, built and maintained by Geoscape Australia using verified government data. G-NAF aggregates over 50 million contributed addresses, condensed into 15.4 million unique, validated addresses.
G-NAF provides a powerful spatial dataset with more than 15 million Australian physical addresses. Each address is identified by a unique code, the G-NAF-PID, ensuring consistent identification of all addresses across Australia. Importantly, G-NAF does not contain personal information about individuals or households.

Formerly the ability to conduct a mailout prior to a market research project was only possible if our clients were to deliver a list of street addresses which we append data onto. Whereas now any sample can now be exported with full address details to conduct a pre-survey mailout.
